Rooms spacious BF amazing Service amazing Smooth Check in Check out Swimming Pool just 3ft but we enjoyed as we had 3yr old child Kids playing and garden area was really nice Good location for photography Overall Lakeview was the best choice & worth what we paid

The manager kept yelling at us as v asked for a lake facing room as that is what we paid for.he charged us a bomb for it and after he yelled he even said he doesn't care about his customers.no apology was given to us.v bad food .wil never visit again

The only good aspect of Lake view is its good room size and location, rest everything is very average. Room service is pathetic. After struggling for half an hour on the phone we finally had to go to restaurant to confirm our order for 6 people and received the same only after and hour after 3 times clarification. Heaight was nect day after lunch when at 3.30pm they told us lunch cant be served but we can have snacks. As it was raining heavily we had to eat there so we ordered maggie at 3.35 pm. We were assured it will be served within no time. Waiting patiently we saw driver coming in with packets of maggie at 4.00pm and at 4.30pm we were served "most unedible soupy" maggie. At dinner we were only 2 and ordered in d room and were served stale food.

Been there in January with my family. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean. We had buffet food. As a tea lover, I didn't like tea as well as coffee. Also, while booking this hotel and after seeing the images of other reviewers I thought of waking with a lake view from the room. But at that time I was very disappointed. Hotel is situated a few kilometers away from the market area as well as in a peaceful area. So, you can have quality time with your loved ones. They have a Swimming Pool, Aquarium and Playing area so you can play, rest, enjoy, and pamper yourself. Food was nice. Will definitely recommend this place.

This place has undoubtedly the best view of the Lonavala monsoon lake. The staff too is very helpful. The food at the hotel is excellent. The location is perfect as it is not too far from the market at the same time aloof from the noise of the market.
